- A complaint is any type of problem, concern or grievance about studies, student life and the University. That is, anything which negatively affects the academic performance or experience at University can be raised as a complaint.
- Academic appeals are mainly related to examinations, awards and/or students’ progress and are usually made to the Board of Examiners although other academic bodies may be involved. Students should read these procedures carefully to find out in what circumstances they may submit an appeal.
